This App for Cooperative Banks is operated by Jambopay Express Private Limited, operating/trading in the name of “FidyPay”, hereinafter referred as “We/Our/Us”. FidyPay is committed to protecting and respecting your Privacy. FidyPay collects personal information and process your personal data in accordance with the IT Act, 2000 and other national and state laws which relate to the processing of your personal data. FidyPay is ISO 27001 and PCI DSS certified, which makes your Personal Data more secure. 

We collect your personal information in order to provide and continually improve our products and services. FidyPay’s Privacy Policy is subject to change at any time without notice. To make sure you are aware of changes, please review this policy periodically. 

No Third-Party may access, or process sensitive personal information held by FidyPay without first having entered into a Confidentiality Agreement with FidyPay.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural. 

For the purpose of this Privacy Policy:

a. Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
b. App/Application means the software program provided by FidyPay to You on any electronic device, named Cooperative Bank.
c. Company refers to Jambopay Express Private Limited, hereinafter referred as FidyPay, We, Us, or Our in this Privacy Policy.

  • From You Directly: FidyPay collects your Personal Information directly from you when you yourself registers on Co-operative Bank Dashboard.
  • Through Business Interactions: FidyPay may collect information through business interactions with you or your employees.

  • FidyPay releases accounts and other Personal Information when we believe it is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce or apply our conditions of use, and other agreements, protect the rights, property, or safety of FidyPay and its customers.
  • FidyPay may share or transfer Your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of Our business to another company.

FidyPay take due care to protect your data. Technical measures are in place to prevent unauthorized or unlawful access to data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, data. It is your responsibility to protect your login credentials to help prevent anyone from accessing or abusing your accounts and services.

    • The information you provide to FidyPay is shared on FidyPay’s secure servers. FidyPay has implemented appropriate physical, technical and organizational safeguards designed to secure your information against accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure.
    • FidyPay limits access to personal data to those employees, agents, contractors, and third parties that have a legitimate business need for such access.
    • FidyPay never publicly disclose any personal and sensitive user data related to financial or payment activities or any government identification numbers.

FidyPay does not share your personal data with third parties without your prior consent  other than:

  • With third parties who work on our behalf provided such third parties adhere to the data protection principles set out in the IT Act, 2000 and other applicable national and state laws, or enter into a written agreement with FidyPay requiring that the third party provide at least the same level of privacy protection as is required by such principles;
  • To comply with laws or to respond lawful requests and legal process;
  • To protect the rights and property of FidyPay and its Merchants, Partners and others including to enforce our agreements, policies and terms of use;
  • In an emergency, including to protect the personal safety of any person; and
  • For the purpose of business deal (or negotiation of a business deal) involving the sale or transfer of all or a part of our business or assets (business deals may include any merger, financing, acquisition, divestiture, or bankruptcy transaction or proceeding

The security of your personal data is very important to us, but no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

FidyPay will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

FidyPay will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

FidyPay does not provide links to any other websites or apps that are not operated by us.

FidyPay may change this Policy from time to time. If FidyPay make any changes to this Policy, FidyPay will change the “Last Updated” date above. You agree that your continued use of our services after such changes have been published to FidyPay services will constitute your acceptance to such revised Policy.
